Should Bergen, Norway have as it's sister city Savannah, Ga. instead of Seattle, Washington. Maybe Seattle's terrain matches more than Savannah, but Savannah and it's combination of historic and modern is more of a match.
I like the proposal myself, speaking as a native Norwegian born and raised in Bergen.. (a Bergenser)
